SharePoint Document recovery is also one of of the major task to restore and recover from sharepoint databases which become inaccessible due to server downtime or mdf file corruptions.

To perform sharepoint recovery, I analyzed this software:

http://www.nucleustechnologies.com/sharepoint-document-recovery.html

It worked quite efficiently where I could rebuild the corrupt database and restore all my website content. Great one indeed!

Greeting!

About email management, we have a tool called myDocs which is an add-in for Outlook, that lets us view SharePoint Document Libraries by clicking standard Outlook folders, and drag emails into these folders to upload into SharePoint.

There is more information on this at http://www.nsynergy.com.
