(Could not find appropriate places on the root TypeDescriptor to read sub-identifier values for the Instance of Entity" and with the line <TypeDescriptor TypeName="System.String" IdentifierName="Identifier" Name="Nume" /> instead of <TypeDescriptor TypeName="System.String" />it did the trick.
