What is the best practice for applying master pages to sub-sites. What I am doing now is for every sub-site I create, I am taking the "Horizon" master page from Microsoft and adding the "images" and "styles" folder to the sub-site. I am then dragging and dropping my "horizon_lay2_green.master" to "_catalogsmasterpage (Master Page Gallery)" and then setting that file as "Default Master Page". I am planning on making many sub-sites under one site though, so would this be best practice or is there a way to have each sub-site automatically inherit the master page from the above site? Thanks!
